Privacy Policy

This website is operated by Framework, Inc. ("Framework", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site or submit an application, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you apply, we collect the information you enter in the application form. This includes your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, optional LinkedIn URL, information about your work and experience, approximate income range, and your written answers about your goals and readiness.

If you email us, we keep the message and your contact details so we can respond.

When you continue after the contact step, we save your contact details and application progress on our servers. We also try to keep a copy in your browser. If reminders are enabled, we may send one reminder after 24 hours without progress. You can opt out before continuing or unsubscribe from the reminder.

A private resume link opens your saved application on another device without an account. Anyone who holds that link can access the unfinished draft. Keep it private. Completed links show only a received message, without saved answers.

We record how visitors move through the site so we can understand which pages and campaigns lead to applications. This includes the page you arrived on, the referring site, campaign parameters in the link you clicked (such as utm_source), the pages you view, form steps you complete, your browser type, and an anonymous session identifier stored in your browser.

We use third-party analytics and advertising services, including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. These services set their own cookies and are governed by their own privacy policies. If you arrive from an ad, we store the click identifier from that ad in a cookie so we can tell which ads lead to applications. We do not sell personal information.

We use your information to review your application, contact you about it, decide whether to invite you to further conversations, operate and improve the site, and measure the effectiveness of our recruiting efforts. We may also send you a confirmation email and updates about the program. You can ask us to stop at any time.

We share information with service providers that help us run the site and review applications, such as hosting, database, email, and analytics providers. They may only use it to provide services to us. We may also share information when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.

We tell advertising services when an application is submitted so we can measure our ads. If Meta's advertising cookies were set in your browser when you applied, we may also tell Meta that your application moved forward in our review. With that message we send your email address and phone number in hashed form, Meta's cookie identifiers, and your browser type. Meta uses this to match the event to an ad and to help us reach similar people. We do not send your written answers. If you block advertising cookies in your browser before you apply, we do not send this message.

We keep application information for as long as we are actively considering candidates for this or future cohorts, and as needed to meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your application at any time by emailing us.

We remove unfinished draft answers after 30 days without progress. We may retain contact details, suppression preferences, and delivery records to operate recruiting and honor email choices.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing team@launchframework.ai. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what information we have collected and the right to request deletion. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

You can disable cookies or clear saved progress in your browser. Clearing browser storage does not delete server drafts. Contact us to request deletion. Applications work without analytics. Opting out of recruiting emails and reminders does not block application receipts; complaints and hard bounces may stop all email.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new date.
