For landscaping owners

Keep the crews close. Price every install right.

We work alongside established landscaping companies on maintenance accounts, installs, the office, and hiring, so growth doesn't all run through you.

What changes

You've built the accounts. Now the company needs to grow without you on every property and every call.

Here's what we take on with you.

  • Today: Calls go to voicemail while the equipment is running, and the customer calls the next company.

With Framework: Every call and web lead answered in minutes, including evenings and weekends.

  • Today: New accounts are spread across town, so the crew spends the day in the truck.

With Framework: Neighborhood outreach around existing accounts, without paying a lead service for every one.

  • Today: Install and cleanup quotes are a guess, and some jobs lose money.

With Framework: Estimates built from labor, materials, and equipment time, sent while the customer is still interested.

  • Today: Weather, breakdowns, and the busy season throw off the schedule.

With Framework: Route scheduling and crew tracking that adjust to the weather and keep customers informed.

  • Today: Monthly invoices go out late, and payments come in later.

With Framework: Autopay on maintenance accounts, clean books, and an office process that runs without you.

  • Today: You need another crew for the busy season, but hiring feels like a gamble.

With Framework: We help you plan the hire around the numbers, then recruit, train, and keep the crew through the season.

What we work on

You know the work. We help build everything around it.

  1. 01

    Maintenance accounts

More weekly and biweekly accounts, close to the properties you already serve.

    • Google Business Profile and search campaigns
    • Seasonal pushes for spring and fall cleanups
    • Yard signs, door hangers, and Nextdoor around every account
    • Property manager outreach
    • Referral program for existing customers
  2. 02

    The office

The calls, estimates, and follow-ups that decide whether a lead becomes an account.

    • Phone and chat coverage, so leads get a fast answer
    • Estimates for installs and cleanups sent the same week
    • Scheduling and reminders that keep customers informed around the weather
    • Review requests after every install and cleanup
  3. 03

    Retention and billing

Keeping the accounts you've earned, and getting paid for them on time.

    • Autopay and card on file for monthly accounts
    • Cancel tracking, with a save process
    • Upsell paths from maintenance to irrigation, cleanups, and installs
    • Clean books and a monthly view of route revenue and margin
  4. 04

    Hiring crews

When the route is full, the next truck needs a crew lead you'd trust with your customers.

    • A hiring plan tied to route density and the season
    • Job posts, screening, and interviews
    • Ride-alongs, training checklists, and equipment safety
    • A plan to keep good crew members through the busy season

Where growth comes from

Density, installs, and the next crew.

In landscaping, growth is rarely one big campaign. It comes from more maintenance accounts on the streets you already work, install work priced to make money, and a new crew when the current ones are full.

  • More accounts per street, so drive time goes down as revenue goes up
  • Maintenance accounts that lead to cleanups, irrigation, and installs
  • Estimates that cover labor, materials, and equipment
  • A path to the C-27 license when the company takes on larger installs
  • A new crew and truck, planned around the numbers

How it works

From first conversation to a plan in writing.

  1. 01

    Tell us about the business

What you do, how long you've done it, and what's in the way. About three minutes.

  2. 02

    Talk it through

Where the business is and where you want it to go. We can look at the numbers together.

  3. 03

    Get a plan in writing

What we'd work on, what we'd put in, and the terms. Nothing is agreed until it's in writing.

  4. 04

    Build it together

We work with you on customers, systems, and hiring, and track progress against the plan.

The terms

We only earn on the growth we help create.

Our fee is a share of the incremental revenue above where your business is today. If revenue doesn't grow, we don't get paid. The exact terms are in writing before anyone commits.

Who we work with

Landscaping companies with steady accounts and room to grow.

  • An established landscaping or garden maintenance company in the Bay Area, licensed for the work it does
  • A base of weekly or biweekly maintenance accounts
  • A reputation you've earned with homeowners and property managers
  • Want to grow beyond what you can run yourself
  • Open to changing how things get done

What you don’t need

  • You don't need a team.
  • You don't need a marketing plan.
  • Your books don't need to be perfect.

We care about what you've built and where you want to take it.

Questions

Questions from owners

Straight answers. If yours isn't here, email us.

Do I have to switch software?

No. We work in the software you already use when it does the job. If something is holding you back, we'll talk it through before changing anything.

We're a one-crew company. Is that too small?

Not necessarily. Many owner-operators have a full route and no time to grow it. Tell us about the business and we'll say plainly whether we can help.

Maintenance, installs, or both?

We start where your business already is. For most companies that means weekly maintenance accounts first. Installs, irrigation, and cleanups come in when the license, crews, and schedule can carry them.

What are the terms?

A share of the incremental revenue we help create, above where your business is today. We put the exact terms in writing, and nothing is agreed until you've said yes.

How is this different from a landscaping marketing agency?

An agency sells you leads and gets paid either way. We work on the whole path from call to recurring account to paid invoice, plus hiring, and we only earn when revenue grows.

What does it cost to talk?

Nothing. The first conversation is free, with no obligation.
