For physical therapy practice owners

Fill the schedule. Treat, don't chase claims.

We work alongside established physical therapy practices on new patients, the front desk, billing, and hiring, so growth doesn't all run through you.

What changes

You've built a practice patients recommend. Now it needs to grow without you on every visit and every call.

Here's what we take on with you.

  • Today: Calls go to voicemail while you're with a patient, and the caller books another clinic.

With Framework: Every call and web inquiry answered fast, with intake and scheduling handled the same day.

  • Today: New patients come from word of mouth and not much else.

With Framework: A website, local search, and referral relationships built with you, following board advertising rules.

  • Today: Cancellations and no-shows leave gaps in the schedule.

With Framework: Reminders and easy rescheduling, so patients keep the visits their therapist recommends.

  • Today: Claims, authorizations, and denials pile up.

With Framework: A billing process that submits claims, tracks authorizations, and follows up on what's owed.

  • Today: Documentation, scheduling, and the books happen at night.

With Framework: Software and front desk workflows set up to run without you, and clean books.

  • Today: You want to add a PT or PTA, but hiring feels like a gamble.

With Framework: We help you plan the hire around the numbers, then recruit, screen, and onboard.

What we work on

You know the work. We help build everything around it.

  1. 01

    New patients

More of the right patients, for the kind of care you want to provide.

    • Google Business Profile and local search
    • A website that explains your approach and makes booking easy
    • Outreach materials for local referral sources
    • Review requests from patients, where your rules allow
    • Marketing that follows Physical Therapy Board of California rules
  2. 02

    The front desk

The calls, intake, and scheduling that decide whether an inquiry becomes a first visit.

    • Phone and chat coverage, so inquiries get a fast answer
    • Intake and scheduling the same day
    • Reminders that cut cancellations and no-shows
    • Clear information on cash-pay rates and insurance before the first visit
  3. 03

    Billing and operations

Getting paid for the care you provide, and knowing where the practice stands.

    • Claims, authorizations, and collections workflows
    • Credentialing coordination where it makes sense for the practice
    • EMR, documentation, and scheduling software set up to fit how you work
    • Clean books and a monthly view of revenue and margin
  4. 04

    Hiring clinicians

When the schedule is full, the next hire needs to be someone you'd trust with your patients.

    • A hiring plan tied to caseload and revenue
    • Job posts, screening, and interviews for PTs, PTAs, and front desk staff
    • Onboarding to your systems and standards
    • Supervision and scheduling set up to follow board rules

Where growth comes from

A full schedule, clean billing, and the next clinician.

In physical therapy, growth is rarely one big campaign. It comes from patients who find you directly, fewer gaps in the schedule, billing that gets paid, and a second clinician when the first schedule is full.

  • More patients who find the practice directly and through word of mouth
  • Fewer cancellations and no-shows through reminders and easy rescheduling
  • A payer mix that fits the practice: cash-based, in-network, or hybrid
  • Claims and collections that don't depend on your evenings
  • A second PT, a PTA, or a front desk hire, planned around the numbers

How it works

From first conversation to a plan in writing.

  1. 01

    Tell us about the business

What you do, how long you've done it, and what's in the way. About three minutes.

  2. 02

    Talk it through

Where the business is and where you want it to go. We can look at the numbers together.

  3. 03

    Get a plan in writing

What we'd work on, what we'd put in, and the terms. Nothing is agreed until it's in writing.

  4. 04

    Build it together

We work with you on customers, systems, and hiring, and track progress against the plan.

The terms

We only earn on the growth we help create.

Our fee is a share of the incremental revenue above where your business is today. If revenue doesn't grow, we don't get paid. The exact terms are in writing before anyone commits.

Who we work with

Physical therapy practices with loyal patients and room to grow.

  • An established physical therapy practice in the Bay Area, owned by a PT with an active California license in good standing
  • A steady base of patients and referral sources
  • A reputation you've earned with patients
  • Want to grow beyond what you can run yourself
  • Open to changing how things get done

What you don’t need

  • You don't need a team.
  • You don't need a marketing plan.
  • Your books don't need to be perfect.

We care about what you've built and where you want to take it.

Questions

Questions from owners

Straight answers. If yours isn't here, email us.

Do you have a say in patient care?

No. Clinical decisions stay with you and your clinicians. We don't provide care, and we don't pay for or receive referrals. We work on the business side: patients finding you, the front desk, billing, and hiring.

Do I have to switch my EMR?

No. We work in the software you already use when it does the job. If something is holding you back, we'll talk it through before changing anything.

Cash-based, in-network, or hybrid?

We start where your practice already is. The payer model is your decision, and we build around it. We can't promise any payer outcome, but we can help coordinate credentialing where it makes sense.

What are the terms?

A share of the incremental revenue we help create, above where your business is today. We put the exact terms in writing, and nothing is agreed until you've said yes.

How is this different from a physical therapy marketing agency?

An agency sells you leads and gets paid either way. We work on the whole path from first call to scheduled visit to paid claim, plus hiring, and we only earn when revenue grows.

What does it cost to talk?

Nothing. The first conversation is free, with no obligation.
