For pest control owners

Fill the route. Get out of the office.

We work alongside established pest control companies on recurring accounts, route density, the office, and hiring, so growth doesn't all run through you.

What changes

You've built the route. Now it needs to grow without you on every stop and every call.

Here's what we take on with you.

  • Today: Calls go to voicemail while you're at a stop, and the customer books the next company.

With Framework: Every call and web lead answered in minutes, including after hours and on weekends.

  • Today: New accounts are scattered across the map, so drive time eats the day.

With Framework: Neighborhood campaigns around existing accounts, so each new stop is close to the last.

  • Today: One-time jobs end after the first visit.

With Framework: Initial services priced and followed up to convert into recurring plans.

  • Today: Cancels and callbacks quietly shrink the route.

With Framework: Reminders, photo service reports, and fast re-service keep customers on the plan.

  • Today: Billing, use reports, and scheduling happen at night.

With Framework: Autopay on every plan, clean books, and an office process that runs without you.

  • Today: You want a second tech, but hiring and training feel like a gamble.

With Framework: We help you plan the hire around the numbers, then recruit, license, and train.

What we work on

You know the work. We help build everything around it.

  1. 01

    Recurring accounts

More of the right customers, close to the ones you already serve.

    • Google Business Profile, Local Services Ads, and search campaigns
    • Seasonal pushes: ants and spiders in spring, wasps in summer, rodents in fall
    • Door hangers, yard signs, and Nextdoor around every account
    • HOA and property manager outreach
    • Referral program for existing customers
  2. 02

    The office

The calls, quotes, and follow-ups that decide whether a lead becomes an account.

    • Phone and chat coverage, so leads get a fast answer
    • Quotes and e-signed service agreements the same day
    • Scheduling and reminders that cut reschedules and no-shows
    • Review requests after every service
  3. 03

    Retention and billing

Keeping the accounts you've earned, and getting paid for them on time.

    • Autopay and card on file for every service plan
    • Cancel and callback tracking, with a save process
    • Upsell paths from general pest to rodent and termite
    • Clean books and a monthly view of route revenue and margin
  4. 04

    Hiring techs

When the route is full, the next truck needs a tech you'd trust with your accounts.

    • A hiring plan tied to route density and revenue
    • Job posts, screening, and interviews
    • Field representative licensing path for new techs
    • Ride-alongs, training checklists, and route handoff

Where growth comes from

Density, retention, and the next truck.

In pest control, growth is rarely one big campaign. It comes from more recurring accounts on the streets you already drive, fewer cancels, and a second route when the first is full.

  • More accounts per street, so drive time goes down as revenue goes up
  • Initial services that convert into quarterly or monthly plans
  • Fewer cancels and callbacks through reminders, reports, and fast re-service
  • Commercial and termite work added when the route can carry it
  • A second tech and truck, planned around the numbers

How it works

From first conversation to a plan in writing.

  1. 01

    Tell us about the business

What you do, how long you've done it, and what's in the way. About three minutes.

  2. 02

    Talk it through

Where the business is and where you want it to go. We can look at the numbers together.

  3. 03

    Get a plan in writing

What we'd work on, what we'd put in, and the terms. Nothing is agreed until it's in writing.

  4. 04

    Build it together

We work with you on customers, systems, and hiring, and track progress against the plan.

The terms

We only earn on the growth we help create.

Our fee is a share of the incremental revenue above where your business is today. If revenue doesn't grow, we don't get paid. The exact terms are in writing before anyone commits.

Who we work with

Pest control companies with loyal customers and room to grow.

  • A licensed, registered pest control company in the Bay Area
  • A base of recurring residential or commercial accounts
  • A reputation you've earned with customers
  • Want to grow beyond what you can run yourself
  • Open to changing how things get done

What you don’t need

  • You don't need a team.
  • You don't need a marketing plan.
  • Your books don't need to be perfect.

We care about what you've built and where you want to take it.

Questions

Questions from owners

Straight answers. If yours isn't here, email us.

Do I have to switch from FieldRoutes or PestPac?

No. We work in the software you already use when it does the job. If something is holding you back, we'll talk it through before changing anything.

We're a one-truck company. Is that too small?

Not necessarily. Many owner-operators have a full route and no time to grow it. Tell us about the business and we'll say plainly whether we can help.

Residential, commercial, or termite?

We start where your business already is. For most companies that means recurring residential accounts first. Commercial and termite work come in when the route and team can carry them.

What are the terms?

A share of the incremental revenue we help create, above where your business is today. We put the exact terms in writing, and nothing is agreed until you've said yes.

How is this different from a pest control marketing agency?

An agency sells you leads and gets paid either way. We work on the whole path from call to recurring account to paid invoice, plus hiring, and we only earn when revenue grows.

What does it cost to talk?

Nothing. The first conversation is free, with no obligation.
