For pet grooming owners

Keep the book full. Put down the phone.

We work alongside established grooming salons and mobile groomers on new clients, rebooking, the front desk, and hiring, so growth doesn't all run through you.

What changes

You've built a book of regulars. Now it needs to grow without you on every dog and every call.

Here's what we take on with you.

  • Today: The phone rings while you have a dog on the table, and the caller books somewhere else.

With Framework: Every call, text, and web inquiry answered fast, with online booking for new and repeat clients.

  • Today: Some weeks are packed and others have gaps you can't fill.

With Framework: Rebooking at checkout and reminders, so regulars stay on a steady schedule.

  • Today: No-shows and late cancels cost you a slot you can't get back.

With Framework: Reminders, a clear no-show policy, and card on file for every client.

  • Today: Prices haven't changed in years, and add-ons are hard to track.

With Framework: Services and packages priced to be profitable, with add-ons on the menu.

  • Today: Payments, tips, and the books happen after closing.

With Framework: Payments and tips handled at checkout, clean books, and a front desk process that runs without you.

  • Today: You want a second groomer or a bather, but hiring feels like a gamble.

With Framework: We help you plan the hire around the numbers, then recruit, screen, and train.

What we work on

You know the work. We help build everything around it.

  1. 01

    New clients

More of the right pet owners, close to the salon or on your mobile route.

    • Google Business Profile and local search
    • A website with online booking
    • Nextdoor and neighborhood outreach around your salon or route
    • Referral program for existing clients
    • Review requests after every appointment
  2. 02

    The front desk

The calls, bookings, and reminders that decide whether a first visit becomes a regular.

    • Phone and text coverage, so inquiries get a fast answer
    • Online booking and intake for new clients and their pets
    • Reminders that cut late cancels and no-shows
    • A written no-show and late cancel policy
  3. 03

    Rebooking and pricing

Keeping the regulars you've earned, and getting paid well for the work.

    • Rebooking at checkout, every few weeks
    • Service and package pricing that covers your costs
    • Payments, tips, and card on file set up to run on their own
    • Clean books and a monthly view of revenue and margin
  4. 04

    Hiring groomers

When the book is full, the next table or van needs someone you'd trust with your clients' pets.

    • A hiring plan tied to your book and revenue
    • Job posts, screening, and working interviews
    • Bather roles that free up groomer time
    • Training checklists and client handoff to new staff

Where growth comes from

A full book, steady rebooking, and the next groomer.

In grooming, growth is rarely one big campaign. It comes from regulars who rebook every few weeks, fewer empty slots, and a second groomer when your book is full.

  • Regulars who rebook before they leave
  • Fewer no-shows and late cancels through reminders and a clear policy
  • Packages and add-ons priced to be profitable
  • A second groomer or bather, planned around the numbers
  • A second van or a salon when the business can carry it

How it works

From first conversation to a plan in writing.

  1. 01

    Tell us about the business

What you do, how long you've done it, and what's in the way. About three minutes.

  2. 02

    Talk it through

Where the business is and where you want it to go. We can look at the numbers together.

  3. 03

    Get a plan in writing

What we'd work on, what we'd put in, and the terms. Nothing is agreed until it's in writing.

  4. 04

    Build it together

We work with you on customers, systems, and hiring, and track progress against the plan.

The terms

We only earn on the growth we help create.

Our fee is a share of the incremental revenue above where your business is today. If revenue doesn't grow, we don't get paid. The exact terms are in writing before anyone commits.

Who we work with

Grooming businesses with loyal clients and room to grow.

  • An established grooming salon or mobile grooming business in the Bay Area, with local permits and insurance in place
  • A base of repeat clients who book every few weeks
  • A reputation for calm, safe handling that you've earned with pet owners
  • Want to grow beyond what you can run yourself
  • Open to changing how things get done

What you don’t need

  • You don't need a team.
  • You don't need a marketing plan.
  • Your books don't need to be perfect.

We care about what you've built and where you want to take it.

Questions

Questions from owners

Straight answers. If yours isn't here, email us.

Do I have to switch my booking software?

No. We work in the software you already use when it does the job. If something is holding you back, we'll talk it through before changing anything.

I'm a solo groomer. Is that too small?

Not necessarily. Many solo groomers have a full book and no time to grow it. Tell us about the business and we'll say plainly whether we can help.

Salon, mobile, or both?

We start where your business already is. A salon and a mobile route grow in different ways, and we plan around the one you run. A second van or a salon comes in when the business can carry it.

What are the terms?

A share of the incremental revenue we help create, above where your business is today. We put the exact terms in writing, and nothing is agreed until you've said yes.

How is this different from a pet grooming marketing agency?

An agency sells you leads and gets paid either way. We work on the whole path from first call to regular client to paid appointment, plus hiring, and we only earn when revenue grows.

What does it cost to talk?

Nothing. The first conversation is free, with no obligation.

The Golden Gate Bridge at dusk with the Marin hills behind it.
